Setup

1. Create a Zap with your lead source as the trigger
2. Add a Webhooks by Zapier POST action pointed at your Diviine intake URL
3. Map name, phone, email, source, and property into the payload
4. Run the test step and confirm the lead appears in your Command Center

A free Zapier plan covers a single-step webhook for most agents. Multi-step Zaps and faster polling need a paid tier on Zapier's side.

How fast does a Zapier lead get answered?

Diviine replies the moment the webhook lands. The only delay is Zapier's own trigger polling, which is why native connections are faster where they exist.
