Diviine and dotloop

Sync loop status into Diviine Close so milestones and party updates track the file you already run in dotloop.

If your brokerage runs on dotloop, that is where the file lives. Diviine Close reads loop status and task completion, maps them onto inspection, appraisal, financing, and closing, and drafts the updates each party expects while dotloop stays your compliance record.

What flows into Diviine

  • Loop stage changes and task completions
  • Participant roles for buyer, seller, lender, and title
  • Key contract dates entered on the loop

What Diviine sends back

  • Milestone updates written onto the Diviine deal record
  • Drafted status updates to every party on the loop
  • Approaching deadline and missing document flags sent to you

Setup

  1. Connect dotloop from Settings and authorize your profile
  2. Map your loop stages to Close milestones once
  3. Choose which participants receive automatic updates
  4. Open a test loop and confirm the deal record mirrors it

Frequently asked questions

Does Diviine replace dotloop?

No. dotloop remains your compliance and document system. Close handles the tracking and the communication around it.

Will my brokerage need to approve the connection?

If your dotloop account is brokerage-managed, an admin authorizes the connection once. After that it runs per agent.

What if my brokerage uses a different transaction platform?

Close works without any transaction platform connected. DocuSign is live first, with dotloop and SkySlope following.
