Diviine and DocuSign

Diviine Close reads envelope status from DocuSign and keeps every party updated without you chasing signatures.

Once a lead becomes a client, the work turns into documents and dates. Diviine Close watches your DocuSign envelopes, matches them to the deal record it opened when the lead converted, and drafts the status update each party is waiting on the moment a signature lands or stalls.

Frequently asked questions

Does Diviine send documents for signature?

No. You send envelopes from DocuSign the way you do today. Diviine reads the status and handles the communication around it.

Do status updates go out without my approval?

Only if you turn that on. By default Close drafts the update and waits for you to send it.

Is DocuSign required to use Diviine Close?

No. Close tracks milestones from the dates you enter and the documents you forward. DocuSign just removes the manual step.
